At the left we give you a small selection of the home plans and styles we have available.While the plans shown are modular , stick built or panelized homes can be built from these as well.    We can alter these  plans or draft a new plan for you! Please feel free to request additional plan books or CDs to be sent to you as we cannot include but a sampling here. Our modular homes are completely stick-built within a controlled factory environment using selected lumber and quality engineered energy efficient products.  Single-family, multi-family and commercial buildings can be constructed in this fashion including commercial and residential apartments and in most cases quality exceeds traditional building methods.

Tax and freight to Buncombe County is included in the price of all our modular  homes. As is the cost of set crew and roofer.  Site specific equipment cannot be priced until site inspection as all sites have different conditions.
