The beauty of the panelized home is that we can construct any plan anywhere and still save time and money over traditional stick building. While panelized is a type of stick building the floor system walls and roof come pre assembled in large “paneled” sections. As a result of the smaller panels we can deliver and erect these types of structures where modular will not work.
Because the assemblies are factory cut and assembled this is a much more environmentally conscious way of building (yes green just tired of saying it). The panels go up in a fraction of the time so we reduce onsite labor cost. We reduce waste and theft of material. Because of the speed of construction much fewer days lost to bad weather and virtually no time or money wasted in materials exposed to weather damage.
