The big home on Lake James is progressing , we have been working with our overloaded framer because he did a great job on the cottage for us . So we have been progressing a little slower than normal but all is done correctly!! We have used a flooring system called Warm Boards for the main floor radiant heat. first floor is framed and the floor trusses for the second floor are in.
