It has been March since my last post but life gets crazy sometimes. we started 2 new projects in early May and a new home in Fairview in late June.
The first home in Weaverville ; a simple ranch on a little lot near Reems creek golf course. We have already gotten to the cabinets and ready to start trim next week on this 1300 sq ft ranch!
The second project started in May in west Asheville a gable entry bungalow designed to fit the neighborhood. we still have some grading to square away the front look but are close to flooring and cabinets there as well!
Lastly We are at the framing point on a small custom contemporary home I designed custom for our customer hopefully have at same point by mid August! Follow us to see these modest projects shape up!
