We recently completed a small project and fortunately have another satisfied customer. When I took this project I thought “oh this will be easy , close to home finishing a modular for someone else no problem!”
Those words found a way to turn and bite me in the a#$. WE found everything but Al Capones vault in the property. We had to engineer footers , engineer septic ,shared water, missing materials… and so on. We got through it and the end result is very satisfying but the road to completion was bumpy at best.
