Well as per usual I am woefully behind on my portfolio posting . We have a lot going on and are feeling blessed for that. With more projects ready to begin Here is the progress on three of them under construction and one completion.
- The Pisgah Forest home for the Janowitz family is complete and they are in now for a little over a month. They own New Leaf Garden Market ( visit their site here) https://www.newleafgardenmarket.com/ . Beware it is a dangerous place to go with a truck with an empty bed… We are going to do some pictures of their entire home when they are ready to show it off a little down the road as they settle in. But she has promised me some kitchen photos I will share as soon as I receive them!
- An owner completion home we have recently erected for Rachel Medford is up and her father is working hard to finish and get his girl in her new home!
- The McElreath Home in mills river will soon be complete the porch is almost completed and the garage well underway , we hope to have them 100% by the end of this month.please ignore large thumb…
- And finally the Black Forest lake home for our friends Jacque and Barbara is completely dried in and the skilled trades are starting on the interior as we begin cladding the exterior and getting finishes underway as weather permits!
