Well the hardwood flooring and carpet is almost in with a hitch. The flooring installer lost his install sheet and as fate would have it we now have hardwood in the master bedroom , which was quoted carpet……………. to the floor companies great credit they took care of it and gave me the option for either at no additional charge so our customer got a free upgrade . however they will definitely get more business from me for the professional handling of the mistake. Which was not their own but they stood behind their subcontractors work. I appreciate Tastingers professional job and attitude the flooring looks great!
